1. Payment for accommodation and additional services of the Hotel is made in the national currency of Ukraine - hryvnia. Form of payment in cash and non-cash form (payment cards Visa, Master Card, Maestro, American Express). 

2. For guaranteed reservation of a hotel room, an advance payment is made in the amount of the cost of one day's stay to 50% of the stay, with subsequent payment for the entire period of stay upon check-in. 

3. Prepayment is due within  days after booking confirmation. If the prepayment is not received within the specified timeframe, the reservation is considered non-guaranteed and the room will be on sale. 

4. If the guest is late for more than a day, without prior warning to the Hotel Administration, the guaranteed reservation is canceled without notice. Prepayment for the first day of stay is non-refundable. 

5. The time of registration and check-in at the hotel starts at 14:00 of the current day, Kiev time, check-out until 12:00 of the next day.

5. Early check-in (from 06:00 to 14:00), or late check-out (after 12:00 to 18:00) is provided to guests only if there are vacancies at the hotel and there are no requests for the same dates, and is paid in accordance with the price list hotel (50% of the room rate per day). 

6. Upon arrival, the guest provides the administrator with a document proving his identity (passport, driver's license), fills out a registration card and pays full payment for hotel accommodation. The hotel reserves the right to refuse to provide services to guests who have not shown identification or have not paid for their stay. 

7. Extending the period of stay at the hotel is possible subject to availability and according to the current hotel rates. 

8. When checking into a hotel, the full cost of the stay is paid minus the prepayment.
